Commercial Litigation
Our commercial litigation attorneys represent businesses and successful individuals in litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels. In addition to civil trial work, our trial lawyers handle arbitrations, alternative dispute resolutions, mediations, and administrative hearings at the Federal, State and local levels. We work closely with you to ensure that the litigation strategy pursued is the most effective way to reach your goal.
Our Boutique Law Firm Approach
Having previously practiced law at nationally recognized law firms, we take pride in delivering high quality, efficient legal representation without charging exorbitant “big law” rates. We strive to keep our costs competitive and within your budget. It is our goal to satisfy all of your legal needs. Sometimes our representation involves only litigation matters. At other times we provide general counsel and litigation services in conjunction with each other.
Our approach is to meticulously assess your needs and concerns and encourage your involvement in the planning and decision-making process. We will discuss the various alternatives for your case with you before and during litigation. You’ll be confident that your case is being handled properly and efficiently.
We are committed to keeping you informed and, as much as possible, in control of the litigation process. At times, the best litigation strategy is to pursue arbitration, mediation or other alternative dispute mechanisms. When necessary, a fitting litigation strategy is to aggressively prosecute or defend a case by preparing for trial. At all stages, you will be updated.
